In the lead-up to the 10th "China Charity Day," the municipal main venue event of the 2025 "Shanghai Charity Week" Charity Life Festival was warmly launched at the Pudong Social Innovation Demonstration Park. The event was hosted by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and organized by the Pudong New Area Civil Affairs Bureau, under the theme "Walk with Kindness, Embrace Goodwill as the Ocean." Through a charity bazaar, public welfare activities, achievement displays, and other forms, the event spread charity culture and created an atmosphere where "everyone can engage in charity, and charity can be found everywhere."

At this bazaar, which brought together more than 50 social organizations and caring enterprises, the Shanghai Yanhua Public Welfare Foundation was fortunate to participate. The foundation's team members responded enthusiastically, donating many suitable items for the charity sale. With these donated gifts of kindness, along with special products designed by the foundation based on the drawings of "New Liver Babies"—including canvas bags, badges, postcards, acrylic puzzles, and small film lights—the Yanhua Public Welfare Foundation's booth made a warm appearance, becoming a unique and heartwarming sight at the bazaar.

The bazaar was bustling with activity, and the booth saw a steady stream of visitors. Several young volunteers, joined by their friends, held flyers and small fans, running around under the hot sun and enthusiastically sharing information about the charity sale with passersby.

The children gradually overcame their initial shyness and grew braver. Their voices for promoting the sale became more determined, and their smiles grew brighter. Sweat dripped down their foreheads, contrasting with their rosy cheeks; pairs of bright eyes shone with sincere light. The children's enthusiasm not only energized the atmosphere of the event but also touched the foundation staff present. Amid smiles and sweat, everyone once again felt the purity and beauty of public welfare.

The charity sale did not stop with the end of the bazaar. Responding to the enthusiastic response from everyone, the foundation continued the sale for another week within the company. During lunch breaks and after work, many colleagues stopped by to browse, select items, and scan the QR code to support the cause. They picked, talked, and shared in front of the shelves, turning the simple charity corner into a lively place and bringing the warm bazaar atmosphere into their daily office life.

The charity sale serves as a bridge that turns "good intentions" into "actions." Every small item taken away contributes to supporting the "Lighting the Way for New Liver Babies to Seek Medical Care" project on the Alipay Public Welfare Platform. More than the amount raised, what matters to us is igniting the thought that "I can also take part."

From the booth at the Pudong New Area Charity Life Festival to the charity sale within the company, this public welfare week event came to a successful close.

Looking ahead, Yanhua Public Welfare will continue to work with more partners and join hands with all sectors of society to explore richer ways of participating in public welfare, so that the vision of "everyone can engage in charity, and charity can be found everywhere" can spread to an even wider space.
